A family business, 55 years in Montevideo.
Padín is a family business founded in 1971 by Andrés Padín Robles. It began selling properties in Malvín, from his own home. In 1985 it moved to offices in downtown Montevideo, where it added rentals and property management. Today the family still runs it, together with its team.
We work with four values that haven't changed since day one: work, honesty, trust, and security.
We are members of the Uruguayan Real Estate Chamber.

The second generation joins
His daughter joins the business while studying to become a notary.

Offices downtown
