Our history

55 years in the same trade, with the same family name.

Padín is a family business founded in 1971 by Andrés Padín Robles. It began selling properties in Malvín, from his own home. In 1985 it moved to offices in downtown Montevideo, where it added rentals and property management. Today the family still runs it, together with its team.

    Founded in Malvín

    Andrés Padín Robles opens the agency in his Malvín home, selling properties.

  2. 1982

    The second generation joins

    His daughter joins the business while studying to become a notary.

  3. 1985

    Offices downtown

    They move to Convención 1367 and add rentals and property management.

  4. Today

    The same family, more tools

    The business is still in the family's hands, with its team and its listings online.
